Raw potatoes are brought into the plant in the receiving area where they are washed to remove plant material, dirt and stones.

To make the best possible use of the raw materials the potatoes are next sized.

 
Tomato process plants

A complete process plant is a complicated affair. We manufacture some of the equipment, other equipment groups come from our collaborators in USA, Europe and associates in India, all in accordance with customised MAZDA designs and specifications.

 
Pomegranates Processing Plants

Capacities range from 500 to over 1,200 U.S. gallons (1,892 - 4,572 liters) per hour. Unlike other equipment manufacturers in this discipline, our system needs no settling tanks, press-aids, or enzyme pre-treatments.

At MAZDA, we are into designing and setting up complete food, fruits and vegetables processing plants.

Food processing includes cereals and grains processing, sea food processing, canning systems too. We offer packaging lines, environment control equipment and pathogen elimination equipment. Sea Food equipment is vast and varied. Our tie ups with American and European organizations makes this possible.

Turnkey installation services are offered in select countries in Asia and Africa.

We work closely with some world leaders. Bulk of our equipment is from India. Some specialized systems are supplied by our associates in Europe and the USA.

Our packaging machines are PLC equipped and operated with 6 to 18 Volts DC electronic controls. Electro- Pneumatic Logic Control gives you high repeatability, high accuracy and negligible maintenance.
